1. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $13.00 which covers shipping Australia wide.
Australian delivery is available to all areas via Australia Post. Coffee Selectors releases coffee every 4 weeks for all Home Baristas Club coffee plans charged on the 21st and posted in the first five days of the month. Once off Collections are posted on despatch dates selecting during ordering. Most Australia Post deliveries will arrive within five business days of the shipping date. Please contact us at [email protected] for details of any delivery not received within seven days of despatch confirmation email.
Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia.
2. Ordering and Shipping Process
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the item purchased, your details and your order number. Please make sure you have checked your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, contact [email protected] immediately.

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post and Couriers which means a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure you check the estimated time of arrival for your item and are available to sign for it upon delivery. Otherwise, the item will be taken back to the nearest Australian Post office or depot. With Australia Post deliveries, you should receive notification from Australia Post directly and at this time can request for your delivery to be left or rerouted.
2. Returns and Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do. In these cases, we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact us page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to the office in which it was purchased:

· Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition, including all original packaging.
· Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
· All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
If the goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the Site you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit, once the above criteria has been fulfilled and at the discretion of Coffee Selectors.
